Reusing head gaskets

Can i reuse head gaskets in they're still in good condition? I'm debating taking the heads off while i've got the engine apart, but new gaskets are gonna cost me $180.

Don't reuse them... they will blow within days if u do... then your up for new gaskets and more time anyway...

I personaly would never reuse a gasket some you can get away with just use some gasket goo but never head gaskets.

Yeah that's what i thought. I was expecting maybe $60 or something. This is through supercheap.

lol where are you in aus i can get for like 60 and theyd be race series stockers would be less than that what engine are we talking here?

yep, should never re-use any gasket. Espcially a head gasket. Look on ebay for whole gasket kits. I got a good one for my 5ltr for $100.
