is it illegal to have interior lights while driving in victoria

Im going to buy these interior lights the flash to the music but i dont no if its legal or not to have them on while drivinng.

well if they cant be seen from outside u should be ok, like if they are footwell lights. otherwise no. actually probably not legal even if u cant see them, or are in motion
