DeBadging Stato Taillight

I have just bought a can of nightshade and would like to slightly darken my tail-lights and the boot panel lens. Only problem is, is that my boot lens has a "International LS8" badge.

I was wondering how i can take it off to spray the lens and then reapply it. I take it i can use the fishing line trick to remove it, but how can i re-attach it?

superglue, or buy a new badge from holden

I'd use some of that weather-proof adhesive instead. It's what I used to put my door moulds back on as the ends kept coming off. That stuff is bloody strong glue mate.
