hey there looking 4 new rear slotted rotors and pads for front and back also so a price on lines. the car is a calais vy s2

Hi mate,

Prices as follows:
Front RDA Slotted $165 for the pair
Rear RDA Slotted $149 for the pair

Front DBA 4000 Series Slotted $103.95 per rotor

The 4000 Series are a much better rotor: Higher carbon content so last longer and perform better, heat treatment prior to final machining, and temperature marking paint to monitor their performance. Also made in Australia, versus the RDA which are made in China.

With regards to pads, what sort of pads were you after, or what are you using the car for?

Too easy, yep the Police Spec HPX pads is what I'd recommend also. $79 per set front or rear. Shipping generally takes 1-4 days depending on where abouts you are.

Nope. Police spec is the common term given to the DB1344 pad that covers the whole backing plate on the front of VT-VZ Commodores, as opposed to the DB1331 that only covers about 2/3. It's certainly NOT a Bendix specific thing (although the additional dollars they try and charge for them you'd think it was exclusive to them), QFM, Remsa, TRW, etc. all make specific 'police spec' pads.
