    Rear slotted rotors + Pads
    $515 shipped to you.
    --------------------------------------
    And also....

    Front slotted rotors + Pads
    +
    Rear standard rotors + Pads
    $465 shipped to you.

    Hey Greg,

What do you charge for a set of front slotted rotors to suit a VY SS?

What brand do you recommend also? And do you sell any rotors that are curved slotted not straight slotted?

    Cheers.

    Hi mate,

Yep, can do RDA slotted in a curve slot for $205 for the pair delivered. As far as which brand to go, would definitely be RDA, have a squiz here:
RDA disc rotors vs DBA rotors

    Start at about Post 9.

Any dramas or questions just let me know.

    Greg,

Slotted RDA's, what's their wear rates compared to standard VZ SV6 discs, and how much for a full set of 4?

    Cheers

    Pete

PS HPX pads are still going strong

Bugger all wear difference. Slotted will in theory wear pads slightly quicker, but this can be offset by the cleaner pad not wearing the rotor as quick... All in all wear on slotted rotors is negligible...

A set of 4 delivered to you would be $356.

Do you happen to have a pic of the curve slotted rotors by any chance? I just want to confirm they are the ones I'm after.

    - 298mm slotted rotors $785
    - 322mm plain rotors $819
    - 322mm slotted rotors $859

Any other questions just let me know.

    G'Day,

I'm after a price for Slotted and curved slotted rotors for a VT (VH upgrade) and pads for normal street driving (not police pads). Front and rear.

    Cheers,
    Lewie.

Sorry, and delivery to 5086 Oakden SA. Or can I pick up?

    Hi Lewie,

A pair of slotted rotors for VT is $179. I thought otherwise too, but RDA are now telling me they can't do a curved slotted only. They'll only do it as a VE rotor, or VT dimpled...

As for pads, for us the HPX is then entry level pad, $79 for the set. Comes as a full face material pad (police spec) at no extra cost anyway. Shipping to you would be $12.

Hey Mate, how much for Front and Rear RDA Slotted Rotors and some decent pads?

They're for a VZ SV6, with alot of 'spirited' driving lol.

    rallysport:
im running RDA slotted, what pad would you recomend for non wear of the rotor, (pad to wear only).

ps: i dont care about extra dusty pad, as its only a wash.

    Hi mate,

For front and rear RDA slotted rotors, and front and rear HPX pads you'd be looking at $502, plus about $25 shipping to you. If you've just got standard fluid then the fluid will start to boil (soft spongy pedal) long before the HPX will fade, but if you did want to step up to the next level, then A1RM in the front would be an additional $40.

Fluid, if you wanted to change it to something decent (like I said, fluid will boil long before most pads will fade), then the stuff we use and recommend is the [Dot 4 Compatible] TRW GP600 Racing Brake Fluid, and it's $65 for a 1L bottle.

For non-wear of rotors, definitely go the HPX. $79 per axle set front or rear. I'm on my second set personally in my ute, and there's still no lip on the rotor what so ever!

Gday, wanting to upgrade my brakes. I will have around $400 to spend, could you quote me up something close enough to 400 as you could. Please slotted for the front (would assume just the plain slotted ones are all I can afford lol), rear doesn't really matter, I'd be happy with normal dics if it kept it under $400. As for pads, just normal street driving, but I don't want to much dust.

    Thanks mate.

    Hi Tim,

If you're not after anything performance wise, then we could do RDA front rotors and pads for $164 delivered to you.

    Hi mate,

    For $435 we can do:
    - Front Slotted Rotors
    - Front QFM HPX Full Face Police Spec Pads (Bendix Ultimate equivalent, but low dust and rotor wear)
    - Rear Standard Rotors
    - Rear QFM HPX Pads
    - Shipping to you

That'd be the best you're going to get. To get it under $400, you'd need to drop the rear rotors or pads...
