Default KYB Shocks

I am running King SSL in the rear and SL in the front. I have stock shocks at the moment, will the KYB shortened shocks be ok with these springs?

Do i need a specific model of KYB shocks for these springs?

Fronts are ok but rears i would like to look at replacing. Ship to 5082.

Attached is a pic of how low it is if it is anyhelp.

Hi mate,

Rear shocks for the SSL springs in the rear, you're probably better off going with the Boge. The Boge rear shortened is 60mm shorter, which is a fair bit more than the KYB shortened. Both should work fine, but the Boge is closer in length to what the spring is.

The KYB shortened rears are $65 each, whilst the Boge shortened are $69 each.

Regards,
Greg

Sorry if I'm hiacking this thread but it relates to KYB. When I did a search on the KYB website for part numbers for a VS with IRS, it gives me the same front and rear part numbers no matter whether it be lowered or standard.

For example, it tells me fronts are 334313/334314 and rear 344312 for both standard and (lowered) FE2. Is this correct? Even Monore list different numbers for standard and FE2

Cheers.

With IRS its not so critical that the shocks are shorter only for FE2 height. If you were going Super Low I'd recommend going to Boge shock as they do a shortened length shock for the both the front (25mm) and rear (60mm).

For the rear? The Boge at 60mm shorter.

[Edit] Sorry, just realised yours will be Live axle... The KYB will be it unfortunately. Nothing else shorter.
