[VT-VX] How to change welsh plugs in vt

I got a vt v6 commy n it's got a slow leak from the passenger front welsh plug but im not sure on how to replace it, one guy told me its an engine out job n another said he knocked it into the block.

Anyone done some n got an easy way to do it?
