Smile Fitting vr/vs Fog light flutes to you stock bumper

Got a set of new fog light flutes for the Calais, and while they are not painted yet, I am still happy with the overall product, and will hopefully paint them sometime next week! anyway this was a cheap and simple mod and was well worth it!!

TOOLS/ITEMS REQUIRED
Hole saw
Silicone gun
Silicone
Drill with average size bit:P
80 grit sand paper

STEP1 Holding up your flute, in line with the mouth piece on the bumper, mark around the inner part of the fog light flute!PIC 1

STEP2Now drill 2 starter holes, and useing your hole saw cut out the rough circle!
PIC 2&3

STEP3Replace your flute and check for level, now mark around the flute again, now remove the flute and mark approx 7ml under the line you have just made, now cut the inner line out!
PIC4

STEP4Now rub back the area on the bumper where you have just cut out and apply silicone!PIC5

STEP5Fit flutes and stand back and check for level, adjust accordingly
