V8 Bolt sizes needed to dress up engine bay

Does anyone have any of the bolt and nut sizes in the engine bay of a 5.0 litre VS.
I want to replace all the bolts and nuts you can see like the guard bolts , manifold, radiator, booster etc with stainless allen key bolts.
I dont want to buy one of those chrome bolt sets as they always end up with flakey chrome on their heads. There is a seller on ebay in England (boltmeup) with masses of different stainless bolts, just need some sizes.
Any you can give me will be a start and I will add it to a list which would make for good reference.
