That was hilarious!!! Credit to the dude for putting a different spin on what is a pretty crap car and judging by the number of people that have viewed the auction (4000+) it worked a treat.

I wonder where all the performance forums are for the old Magnas? Good Lord, they really do exist!! Here's a performance mod thread at Australian Magna Club. Found another thread discussing 0-100 times (ballpark 10-12 seconds).

It's all the more relevant for me because I come from a non-Holden family (my brother does indeed drive a 1989 Magna). No, wait, I lie - Holden does run in my veins. Up until recently my old man had a '91 Barina. Now that 1.3L 50kW Suzuki engine was a corker...

A: um... ok then. The wipers wipe from left to right. I'm not familiar with hypnotising wipers, but it sounds like a feature that would be right up my alley. I don't use wipers anyway, i just use the superior handling of the Ralliart to dodge the rain drops.
