A joke for these tough financial times

A elderly couple go to the doctors, once they are in the room, they ask the doctor if he can watch them have sex.
Intrigued, the doctor agrees, so the couple jump on the bed and go for it, when finished, they leave without further questioning.
This goes on weekly for about 2 months, finally, the doctor can't stand it anymore. Before they jump on the bed this time, he says to them "Look, i can't see any problem with the way you are doing it, you both seem fit and healthy, why do you keep coming(pardon the pun) here?"
The woman replies " Well, i'm married, so we can't go to my place. He lives with his mother, so we can't go to his place. We're both on the pension, so a hotel room is out of the question, but we can come here for $50 and get $35 back from Medicare!!"
