so i told him engine modifications of any kind aren't p plate legal, and he replied being all bitchy telling me I'm not the RTA and the buyers should do their homework and if they don't want it, don't bid, and if they get a canary it's not his problem. Sadly, someone will probably be gullible enough to think it is P Plate legal.
