I went to the Doc's the other day only to find I've be diagnosed with a Grade 5 Sleep Planking disorder when watching telly in bed - was a real shock I can tell you.
It starts out with the odd snore from time to time (grade 1 planking sleep disorder) with missing the odd bit of program or a bit of the adds - no biggy there.
But after a while you start sleep planking during the adds or missing 10 mins of program (grade 3).
But now I find that I can start sleep planking without warning within 5 minutes of bed planking - missing complete programs and all the adds. (grade 5 planking sleep disorder)
The doc said - no known cure as the only answer is to sit up in bed - and that ends the planking altogether. A true catch 22 problem.
So he has advised me to stop bed planking if I want to watch TV.
