    This is an oldie but a goodie..... Seen it done many times.. But after eading the add, Id say its either a prank on someone or even possibly a disgruntled ex stitching up the other half...

    After all, I couldn't think of anything worse then a heap of phone calls to my business phone (which I can not ignore)inquiring about something that isn't real....

    Hence the reason the add said "dont email, just call me and if I dont answer straight away keep calling back"
