I would think that this is due to the adding the two digits then subtracting 5 will always result in 4-D. This being the letter of a country name, a well known country- Denmark, think of an animal beginning with k- kangaroo many Australians will think this first, then o for orange. I didnt think kangaroo, I went koala. Thats pretty cool though.
