No it's not! It ever said you couldn't use google to find the answers of the question you didn't know. Therefore the person who uses google must be intelligent. [I love myself]
The people most likely to know 100% of the questions probably watch Catch Phrase on TV which means it's not an IQ test but a general knowledge one.  Unless general knowledge is considered part of your IQ, in which case your right and I should pull my head in.
