same with those companies, only difference they are willing to replace the car.

Boss had a bad latest model 5 series, blew smoke after 5000k's alot of rattles, they replaced the entire car

alot of money down the drain... so of course u would complain and asif a free service would fix anything... "umm ok were going to uhh change your new oil... and hope that fixes your issues..." unless the services included a new turbo, diff and brakes, cd player and everything else wtf help is it

Mercedes had a real bad batch of cars a few years ago. But the customer service is second to none.

I just think it's amazing that when you get a bad car, it seems to have EVERYTHING wrong, whereas if you don't get a bad car you generally have no problems at all?

It's just weird hey. It's like they throw all the dodgey parts into the one car just for a laugh or something

Yea its either Merc or benz that stopped making their cars in europe and started making them in south africa. Workmanship is worse. This is comming from someone who sells them for a living. (not me, but a friend)
