There is a man dressed all in black walking down the middle of a road.There are no street lights on there is no moon .A black car with no headlights comes tearing down the road doing 100km and stops within an inch of hitting the man dressed in black.How did the car see him with no headlights,no street lights and no moon.??????

maybe the car is a merc E class and can see in the dark, uno, it's pretty clever.
Or he has cruise control on and has the adaptive brakes.

(yes i know the daytime bit, but my answers are better :P)
