Yeah, me too. I'll have to believe the explaination given as I don't know jack about that sort of thing

One other thing I wondered about is where a part rolls onto a switch that activates the power window and stops. Once the window is opened it starts moving again. Although i've seen the ad many many times I only noticed that today and my screen on here is too crap to see if there's a good reason it starts moving again!

slight downward angle to plank? though the handles looked too smooth as the part rolled down it

I have wondered the same thing but I am 90% sure that the plank the part is rolling on is on a slight slope and there is a split in the plank to allow the window to wind down "through" it. This still allows the part to roll on through once it is open. The window winds down because when the part stops in that position, it makes a complete electrical circuit on the metal contacts in that plank. Or so my observation makes me believe.

I have always wondered what makes the car make a slight right hand turn once it rolls down the ramp. Any ideas?

Hey, I know the answer to that one! They had bags of nuts and bolts stuck to the inside of the top of each tyre so that they balanced on the incline, so they cop a knock that pushes them past their balance point and the weight of the nuts and bolts rolls em up the hill half a turn. We did a case study of this add in first year of uni.
Beau Duke: Man, I'm never gonna get outta this car again. I'm gonna live in it, I'm gonna eat in it and I'm gonna make sweet love to it!
Luke Duke: You mean you're gonna make sweet love IN it.
Beau Duke: Oh no, I'm gonna have sex with it.
