there has been a couple of sotp signs around on the internet for a while.

and as for the corner in road warning sign? top gear borked that up when they went to repave a stretch of road ( season 9 ep 1 i think )

and the turn only into the other car one, two words, Tram line. i think thats a legitimate painted marking, tram lane only with cars no right turn maybe? makes sense. ( noting the double stacked traffic lights, similar to the TCL's in citys with a splitter for busses only.

i dont mean to sound all high and mighty, or come accross as with my head up my rear but im just stating my take on it...
