A cop pulls over a pizza delivery kid who was delivering pizzas on his moped.

Kid : "wats the problem officer?"
Cop : " why dont you have your lights on? Someone might not see you."
Kid : " Ah c'mon man! its vegas!! there's street lights everywhere, everyone can see me."

Cop gets mad, pulls out his gun and shoots out both tires on the kid's moped...

Kid : " wtf man!!"
Cop : "Ah c'mon kid. its vegas!! there's air everywhere, no problem gettin them in there..."
