so i was just thinking of stupid **** ive done whilst drunk and this one brings back a laugh. i wrote a note to my parents one night and it read. (ive cleaned it up a bit)

"Hey f**kers i always knew i was the least loved child but never had the proof until NOW!! it all comes down to the syllables in our names.

Jac-que-line = 3 syllables, most loved
just-ine = 2 syllables, 2nd most loved

JOHN= 1 fu**ing syllable, poor prick has to eat out of the rubbish and s*it.

this is bulls*it and i will be taking you to court over it.

sorry we can't all be bible bashing greenies mate, yep ill admit right now i love a beer or 5 and have no problem in admitting that i get drunk probably every two weeks. i have never been in trouble with law whilst been intoxicated, or have taken place in anything i feel was "irresponsible", actually that last part is a lie, im sure i would have. but hey as long as i don't hurt anyone in anyway or cause damage, why the hell should it be called irresponsible. find me one shred of rock solid evidence that getting drunk as much as i do causes any health issues. and i don't mean one of those stupid ass articles that say "drinking on a regular basis COULD increase your chances of heart disease and cancer by up to 25%" i want rock solid proof, that it WILL, then tell me any part of what im doing is irresponsible.

I'm not a bible bashing greenie, hence i stopped reading your post there.

I just don't see any benifit to getting plastered every weekend. Without alcohol, there would never be any drunk drivers on the road

i totally agree, but then again without ****heads there would be no drunk drivers either. don't blame alcohol for drink driving, blame the person. hell if your going to blame the alcohol i guess you should blame fast cars for all the speeding that occurs on our road. its the person.

In that case i should blame the cars for the drunk driving aswell....

As i said, no alcohol, no drink drivers. I know plenty or responsible people who have been done for DUI.

OK, guy at work spends all day drinking, on his p's. Decides not to drive at all that day, as he'll be over the limit. Next day he drives home, pulled over, and still records a reading. Done for DUI. I don't see that as irresponsible, he did the right thing not driving while he was drunk the day before, but still recorded a reading, and still goes against him on his record.

OK, guy at work spends all day drinking, on his p's. Decides not to drive at all that day, as he'll be over the limit. Next day he drives home, pulled over, and still records a reading. Done for DUI. I don't see that as irresponsible, he did the right thing not driving while he was drunk the day before, but still recorded a reading, and still goes against him on his record.

and im telling you right now that there is more to that story. if he had a reading on the bretho, thats one thing, but if he was then taken back and given a blood test and it came back positive, then he is still under the influence (even if it is the next day), which means he may still have slower reactions, which means he could put himself in danger or worse someone else. so yes im sorry but i have to say that is irresponsible. please feel free to correct me if i have miss understood the situation, but that is what i have got out of it.

are you 100% sure thats correct? im not disputing that, i just was unaware that even if you had it in your breath and not actually in your system than its still illegal? doesn't sound right to me, every dui needs a blood test to back it up otherwise it can't hold up in court if you dispute it.
