Some cops were staking out a pub and on the look out for under aged drinkers. At closing time, they saw a young man stumble out of the pub and drunkedly walked towards a car. He spent another 20 minutes mumbling to himself and then spent another 5 minutes looking for the keys. The young man drove off and was followed by the cops.

When he was pulled over and given a breath test, there was no alcohol found and neither was he drunk. The cops demanded why he was stumbling out of the pub earlier.

The young man said that it was his turn that night to be the designated decoy...(all his friends had left when they saw the cops follow him)
