where the great wall motors option...
v8sc = fail
group A with proper fi handicaps = win
Reaper
ford had two good drivers, and thats all they had going for them.
Both those drivers are back at holden.
We've already seen what thats resulted in.
Ford have about 0 chance.. IN MY OPINION
i vote brutes, at least their real production holden v ford. i like watching purpose built race cars too, thats why i follow formula 1.
Posting this on a COMMODORE forum lol... Most people voting Holden me thinks..
Well there going to win anyway![]()

i voted ford. not cos' they will win or lose, i could care less either way, but because its the principle of going on a holden forum and asking a question like that. hence my initial 'lol'
dont care havent watched it in so long voted holden though cause they now have the best team in Team Vodafone
If its got Wheels or Boobs its gonna cost ya money
the odds are kind of staked towards Holden...
19 Holden teams vs 9 Ford teams on the weekend...
Lol at the poll result.
What about option C who gives a f**k.

Obviously I would prefer Holden to win, but Ford actually aren't doing that bad.
There's 3 Fords in the top 5, and the only 2 Holdens are Lowndes, and Whincup. Ironically if 888 were still at Ford it would be 5 Fords.
HRT have got off to a bad start, but I don't reckon it'll be before long until they get up there.
Really considering Holden have all the cards they definitely have no exucse for not beating Ford this year.
They will look like a joke if Ford beats them.
I'll still be a Holden man regardless though.
Holden have more Bathurst victories, and that's all I care about.
No need.
Just want to mention the lack of option for 'neither cars are ford or holden, merely identical purpose built race cars with different head lights and tail lights'
I actually like threads like this, separates the intelligent people from the delusional ones

Anyway, i don't really care about the cars, i enjoy the racing and the drivers. The thing i do like about the cars though is that they are engineering masterpieces (also the fact that i would love one of those Chevs in my road car....)
Most teams have several engines that are regularly pulled down and freshened up after a race weekend before being put back into service. NFI how many race miles a single motor would do before it is nolonger considered for a rebuild. Of course individual components within the motor would each have their own maximum race life too.
