    Please help me decide
    I just spent a year getting my vr with a manual supercharged v6 to run and now i spun a bearing after a week of it going and its going to be a shitload to get fixed so my options are
    Sell it and get a v8 which will probably be an auto and that might mean taking a loan out
    Keep the blown v6 an fix the problem and struggle to pay for the repairs
    Buy another heap of shite car for around 1 grand for a runabout and then decide what to do with my commy (most likely sell it and be commodoreless)

    It all depends on how much you love your car , if you done to many mods , customizing etc . then keep it

    but if you want more power go the v8

    How about buy a pos run around car, keep saving so you can fix your car. If it's going to be a struggle to afford to fix it, then that's what i'd do.

    i think get rid of it man...im sorry to say it but newer V8 would b much more comfortable and a hell of a lot more reliable.

    If you love the car you've got, slap cheap engine in it until you can fix your super charged engine properly, then put the fixed engine back in it when you can. Me, I would just sell the car and start again with a Gen 3 and go from there. Hell 10k gets a Clubby with a 6 speed.
