Ahh crap forgot to add the poll.
My vote is going for either convo pros or stockies. But take a look and let me know what you think?
Or alternatively if anyone has any other ideas on rims to suit car im all ears. However would like to limit it to 16"s max as dont want to be spending a fortune on tyres

Out of those four, I'd say the last ones.

But I have to be totally honest and say I don't really like any of them! Rims are personal opinion though.

...And why bother buying new rims if you're only going to get 16's? What rims are on it at the moment?

Agree. Tyres aren't that expensive, not until you get up to 20" anyway.

currently have the standard vy sv8 rims. Well when you shred a pair a week it can become quite costly lol.
Looking for either 15inch stockies or a nice pair of 16s/

they are all very old style rims suited to very early holdens,eg toranas..imo get a later style holden rim ,,plenty around,,and alot better looking (never go to a smaller, older rim than standard) and hey i just happen to have spanking new super sports ...

used to have 16"walky rims on my lj v8 years ago when 16s were 'big'.. my local tyre shop used to put away half decent tyres to fit on so i could rip them up guilt free!

yeah thats exactly what i want. Can rip it up legally (of course) and not have to worry about it cost me $300 or $400 in tyres (i know there are costs involved if i break something else).

You must enter lots of burnout comps. Didn't know they held them so often.
