Nope. Why would you need to?
I dont like putting a glove on full stop.
Besides you cant feel nothing with a glove![]()
No.
It'd be like putting petrol in wearing a raincoat![]()
is this stemmed from a "i dont want to get germs off it" thing, or a "i dont want dangerous fuel splashed on my skin" thing?
either way, people need to man the hell up, we have an immune system for a reason...
Infact we need germs.
Harden the #### up have some concrete

No glove, no love
if i seen someone put on a glove just to fill up, id laugh at them![]()
the only reason you would is if your alergic to deseal, also continuous skin exposour CAN lead to warts, many blokes in my tafe class noticed by 3rd year they where getting warts on there fingers and arms
no gloves, dont wear gloves for anything excepts for holding metal when grinding + welding
I voted yes to Diesel. But only because I fill up every day. Continuous exposure doesn't do your skin any good.
i work with worse things then petrol (fill up every 2nd day lately). so no.
only wear gloves for work. and occasionally if im doing things in the garden at home.
but why would you need gloves if your not getting petrol over yourself?
or is there some other reason?
i dont but i should get a set for the missus car as its diesal and the diesal hand pieces allways seem to be covered in the stuff
Ando dont lie, i watched you put your gloves on when you filled your car up at the servo on the way to school. plus you have those leather driving gloves that you wear on cruises.
The benzine in fuel is toxic and you are not meant to come in contact with it. In some European locations there are disposable gloves at every servo to eliminate the prospect of people suing for fuel contact.
Not with petrol . But when i used to fill the truck up i did, Those truck diesel pumps are covered in the crap. and it was only because i didnt want to get it all over the steering wheel.
Am I the only one who loves the smell of diesel on my hands?
I just wear a single white glove.. not on the hand thats filling the fuel though, dont want to get the rhinestones dirty..
No gloves here...... Only time I ever used to wear gloves was when the old man got me to fill up the work truck with diesel when I was about 10, and that was only because he made me... Diesel handles are always full of shit and I'd say use gloves but on petrol/gas, don't bother :P
To be honest, it's never crossed my mind..
