    Question Ss Commodore Jc Style

    Hey guys i know there are alot of ss commodores around just wondered which ss model you guys have and what you think of it performance wise,economy, and reliablity for a v8?

    Umm I love my VY SS to death so here's a very biased opinion:

    Performance - the best
    Economy - the best (for a 5.7L)
    Reliability - the best

    oh, and looks - by far the best looking SS ever made....

    well my parents have a VY SS and I've driven it a few times. Compared to my clubsport, the handling is good and the economy is way better. But given the choice, I'd stick with the VX R8
    Tried to save myself but myself keeps slippin' away...

    But I now own a VX SS and prefer it much better, better fuel economy and more power....

    I've had my VR for nearly 6 years!!!

    Kind of OVER IT!!!

    Dont own a SS but Id love a VU SS ute or a VZ ss ( sedan or ute love them both )

    then again most SS's i like alot

    But id preferre a HSV

    Just my opinion:

    The VZ SS has those hot flutes in the front quarters - double thumbs up.
    The tail lights and rear wing are slightly nicer than a VY - not much in it.
    The front end - headlights / grille etc I dont like anywhere near as much as my VY SS.
    Oh and the VZ SS factory mags weren't that much chop either...

    i got one , avg 13.0 13.8L/100k pulls like a train at any revs in all gears (not 6th) and you dont see many 6.0Ltrs on the road ...

    smell the leather mmmmmmmmmmmmm

    and how can you not love these mags....

    i love the SS commies and as for the models prefured id have to say i love the VY with full leather option but i honestly dont think any ss will ever surpass the great
    VN Group A or VN SS they were just one of the holden milstones like the Walki
