The TT36 Torana (aka XP54) isn't based on a Commodore, rather it's built on the Kappa platform then heavily modified. It does have many styling cues that have flowed into the production model of the VE Commodore built on Zeta platform however, so you're half right.

My vote is for the TT36 anyway, two hatchback concepts in a short time frame is a good sign!

I voted for the sandman, i always wanted one of those, nowadays most are just too old though, still dreaming of dropping a twin turbo gen 3 into one

I voted for the Torana. It's highly likely that they would realise something like this or similar. Looks much like the new commodore. Turbo technology is very popular now. The engine is the new alloytech 190. The VL turbo was not originally popular but I think that was more to do with it being a Japanese engine. 19" rims are standard on the new SS with 20" rims being an option. If you look through the specs you can see it wouldn't be a far stretch to put one of these out. Turbo technology could be borrowed from one of the other GM technology departments. E.g. SAAB Also it's a four door which is what I think may have been the demise of the monaro. Let's hope they can get some trick colours for it.
