Spark plugs what do you use?

my parents use the NGK (standard ones) because that's what my dad finds at the shops, and they do the job

I use Denso plugs in my cars or OEM Delco plugs.

I use whatever the mechanic puts in there and they work great. I have an alloy head and am not wanting to temp fate with crossthreading n stuff. The rest of the service I can handle.

NGK or NGK "R" for me, never had a problem with em and they seem to last, although i change em more often than i porbably need to!!

NGK Iridium IX's, lasted me around 40,000km's so far and still goin strong

40,000k's is pretty good makes it worth the extra money
