have owned vc,vk,vl,vr and a vx, currently still have a vc,vl and a vs. for me, the vs caprice is the nices't to drive and responds and handles better than all the others i've owned so far, wasn't really too impressed with the test drive i had of a calais v, just didn't feel right

i own a vr i do love them but i think ve would have to be the best stock wise but i think it all has to do with personal preference what you like the best i love vr and vl walkinshaw yeah.

I own a s1 vn. It's ok for cruising, no where near as much power as my mates cars (nearly all vl turbo's) but rides smooth and looks ok. My ultimate Coomodore would be a s2 vl calais turbo, rb30/25 (3ltr bottom end with 2.5ltr twin cam top end).

No, I drive a VZ SV6, and the VZ was definately the best commodore in the VT-VZ era, but the VE is such a step up. Its amazing how the humble VB has evolved to become the VE.
