Outlook 2007

Hi guys,
I'm using Outlook 2007 at the moment, and wondering if it's possible to have emails coming into particular folders from particular people. For example Bob Smith can send me an email, and instead of it coming straight into Inbox, I can setup a folder called Bob Smith, and have it come in there?

Yep, use Mail and Rules under the tools menu.

Even easier, just right click an email from that person and should be an option to create rule.
