    Default Linksys SPA3102 VoIP problem

    Hi all,

I have been having some troubles with our Linksys SPA3102 VoIP adapter since i set it up not long ago - the status light labelled 'Phone' goes out and there is no dial tone on the phone. To fix this i have to reset the modem and wait a few minutes until the light re-appears, then all is good. It does this once or twice a day, Is this a problem with the modem or the Voip adapter?

Here is a pic of the light

I'd have to point my finger at the modem there. But hard to say unless you test it out with another modem. Also QOS is good to have, it will help with the connection if it is dropping out. But i don't know a lot about VOIP problems.
