myself im a big halo fan so its going too be a win in my eyes,
seems a good game i can enjoy playing halo shots and getting paro too aswel
my old man enjoys halo and has finish all on Heroic ( gooba ha) and he is excited

I will probally pick it up at some stage, Its not on my high priority stack of games right now with Assassins Creed 2 and Modern Warfare 2 comming out in November.

they also announced the next halo game that's coming out in 2010, called halo reach. Looks good

well whos had a little squize with the game?

i ended up finishing it last night on legendary, only died about 20 times or so through the whole game
decided ill play legendary straight off too make it that bit harder and funner,
but i was wrong, not as hard as what H3 is on Leg

big game level but kinda short story

is there anything different with it compared to Halo 3? i saw some kid at jb playing it on saturday and it looked the same as halo 3 lol, i heard you die easier?

yes you do die easyer, compaired to H3
but if your a keen halo fan you will be aware you cant always run out shooting all the time

you dont have the armour that master chief has, but you have stamina which you need too watch and health too

no dual wielding, no motion tracker but you do have a system where you have a map of the whole city, a night vision mode which highlights foes and friends


story set out is diffrent and i dont mind it, wont say much on it as it could ruin it for some people

my old man finished it before me lol
he was playing it for 5 hours straight first night we got it, then woke up early the next morning too play before work
every day after work he has played it in firefight

lol i went to the knox eb games midnight release....they had a tornament on halo3...100+ people their...and i won the hole thing i got 1st place prize of 4 free xbox 360 games non of which were odst=( and i didnt have the cash to pay off my preorder so i couldnt get odst. so after winning the tornament i had to drive home without the game i went there for=(

any body go to the midnight release and see me pwn?

wont happen, if you look into bungies history, they were offerd a deal with microsoft to produce for xbox,

only reason the was a mac released aswell as the pc is because halo was orignal ment to be on the mac, so microsoft let bungie release it as a tribute

All intellectual property relating to Halo is owned by Microsoft so you can pretty much give that idea up.

I played it and finished it, was a good game, everyone complains about its length but it was known from Day 1 that the game was going to be shorter than Halo 3. Bungie said it was supposed to be kind of like an extension or expansion pack to Halo 3 (and also said it would be priced accordingly, but MS had other plans $$$$$$$).

Firefight is fun for a bit. Im not big on Halo multiplayer, to many 10 year olds screaming down the mic but its not bad if youve got a few mates who play it.
