F.E.A.R. and F.E.A.R.2 have quite alot of gore and they both passed plus quite scary playing at midnight with good sound system

Especially in FEAR2 when "snakefist" gets his head ripped of and blood spatters over you, plus you find a nice head dripping with blood later.

Good game but not quite as jumpy as number 1

What is to stop a kid getting a copy of SAW 1,2,3,4 etc? much more disturbing than this game.......

I have been playing a fair bit of abandon ware (google it..) and games like Blood, duke nukem 3d, doom, heretic, hexen etc etc all had a setting in it for reduced gore, perhaps they should simply instagate a similar setup?

Or these tree hugging fools who think playgrounds should be banned because kids may hurt themselves can **** off to nimbin

Pfft, people are full of shit. They dont open the package. It simply goes through a screening, if theres nothing dodgy in the package they dont open it and as far as theyre concerned its any other cd.

As far as fines etc go, all they do is seize the disc - depending on what state you live in, its not even an offence to import an RC'ed game - its only an offence to sell it to the public.

I do't get it, it's almost random which games get in and which don't... I mean... GTA, you can go on a massacre spea murdering everyone, then robbing their corpses... and that was deemed fine but a game abouttaking down zombies is not??

The whole system is a joke. Modern Warfare 2 is rated R EVERYWHERE else in then world. It got slid under the MA banner here because its a big name. Same with GTA.
