Sure can, dont see any reason why it would not work..
Two most common connectors are VGA and DVI. You can buy adapters to convert them either way so just a matter of finding what connection you have and getting an adapter or cable to suit. If unsure post a pic and someone will be able to tell you what you need
Power is measured in DECIBEL
depends on the monitor. as above post up a pic so we can tell which plug it actually is. some apple monitors use a minidisplay port. all you need is a minidisplay to VGA or DVI adapter and you'll be able to use it. others may be minidvi.
Well now im confused(not my best subject)Will get some pics soon.
Here ya go.
that's DVI, all you need is a female DVI to female VGA adapter then you can use a standard male to male VGA cable.
sorry bud, my fault. you need a female dvi to male vga adapter, and you don't need the male to male vga cable (because the monitor already has a cable)

Those USB ports are usually for ipods etc the monitor has in built speakers. Find the model and google it, should get most information needed.
Is the DVI the power source?Or are one of the other plugs for power?
Looks like i didnt pick up the power supply when i got the monitor.Need to get one now id say,at least the monitor was free.Model number was A1081
