Yeah, it's basically a website, you create an account, search for your song.

It gives you options, you download - add it to itunes, sync.

you can fade in and out and have the volume of it so its louder

i use this site makeownringtone.com
upload it, cut it less then 30 secs, then make sure u put it as m4r, 128kbps, (fade it if u want it to sound better)
then import into itunes (check under ringtones section in itunes) and itll sync onto your iphone
