don't know about the motherboard. I've never heard of J&W Technology before. Your best sticking to the well know brands like Asus, Gigabyte.

Otherwise the rest is fine. What operating system are you installing??
Becarefull with the 1tb Seagate. I have had a few problems with this particular model. Something to do with the firmware of the drive, keeps freezing PC's. I have had this problem with 2 different customers who had 1tb seagates. Generally seagates are pretty reliable, but they stuffed up with the firware on the really large drives.

    Cheers for the reply mate!
J&W tech make some great stuff, i went with this board because its had huge success with unlocking the 550BE to quad core and overclocking up to 4ghz, with the 790gx southbridge chipset. not a hugely known brand no, but i thought i'd go with them with this processor, its only been a few hours but very promising so far.
at the moment i have 32bit vista ultimate, but am getting 64bit 7 at some stage. alot of people have had this problem with the hdd, so i guess i'll just see how i go.
    Thanks again mate!
