Well its finally out, and ill be the first to say I am disappointed.

Yes its a good game, but for a game that has been marketed and hyped to be the biggest game this year and the be end to end all of first person shooters it was lacking a lot.

As a stand alone game like i said its good, but this is a sequel to the highly praised Modern Warfare 1. For me it doesn't outshine the first game in the Single player campaign at all.

Multiplayer is good, a big improvment on the shitty MP from World at War.

Agreed. Picked it up this arvo and its not up to the hype. Good game yes, but its definately not as good as I was expecting...

I cant imagine how they got that airport level past our Nazi Classification Board. I rekon the game wouldve raised some eyebrows in America.

Wheres the dedicated Sniper level? Theres a couple of levels you kinda use a sniper rifle for a good 5 minutes but nothing like "All Ghillied Up"

Yeah that airport level was a suprise, didn't think it would get passed our classification lol. So far we've just been playing online and haven't really played the campaign

Just don't expect it to blow everything out of the water. Dont expect the game to be a vast improvement from MW1.

If the game had no hype behind it, you would've been like oh wow this is awesome. But the game had massive amounts of hype and expectations and for me didn't deliver.

yeh its pretty good but im still a big fan of cod5 this one like mod1 seems to quick but they have made imrpovements to it although i could not play private much with mates was annoying

...and yeah Airstrike Ive seen nothing but massive claims not only from developers but from the gaming community. With calls like that I expected Innovation and something new. This is Modern Warfare 1 with some new guns and maps.

The online is fine. Its more the single player which is a big let down.

lol i only stopped playing CoD:UO because all the ppl in the server i was on disappeared QUITE LITERARY the day MW1 was released. still hadn't played any newer editions, might give it a whirl.
Need a new game to entertain me. Dunno if its worth it though as i cant get the net on the xbox atm. So still unsure. Might just rent it for now, get it when the box is back online.

AGREED!!!!! 'All Ghillied Up' is the best mission ever, i play the game just for that level

honestly i reakon MW1 shits on this, i got it free from trading in 3 shit games, and ye it's good, but the missions just seem alot more scattered, going from russia to rio de jenero (spelling :P) to the US

as for online, i couldnt get any private games going last night with mates, maybe it was because it was its first day out and the servers woulda been flooded, but it was annoying

ohwell keep me entertained for awhile i spose, it also seems alot harder than number one...?

lol, that level was a load of crap in MW1.

Join the army and do the real thing. See how many guys you can crawl past without being seen. Guarantee it wont be like that game
