    Default paint/drawing programs for Mac?

Hey everyone, i'm using a Mac, and i'm after a program similar to Microsoft Paint, where you can use straight lines, circle's, and add text ect. I've searched the net, and i've come up with nothing. Does someone know the name of a program similar to this, that i can download and use on my Mac?

Yup, in fact some would argue its a Mac product first, and a Windows product second.

A free alternative is GIMP (GIMP - The GNU Image Manipulation Program) it's not as good, but considering it's free it's quite impressive.

Paintbrush is probably the closes thing you'll find to MS Paint. There is also GraphicConverter.

No Argument! it was originally designed for the mac.

Although you don't want Photoshop, you want Illustrator.
