need help removing anti virus system pro virus

as the title states i was looking at music on the net and then this anti virus system pro pops up and takes over pritty much everything. I have disabled it for now but just wondring if anyone knows how to remove it thanks guys

You mean you were downloading mp3s from limewire or some such stupid program and downloaded a virus instead?

Malwarebytes, Spybot and avast antivirus. All free and all quite capable programs that should be able to rid the infestastion.

acctully i dident even download anything i was looking through pirate bay when it happend so its got me stumped because i dident download anything ?
