Default Burning MP3 with 'no gaps/pause'

In Nero you can burn a Audio CD so there's no Pauses, so basically all tracks flow etc. Is there a way you can do this with MP3, or is is always going to be a case of a second or so pause?

No. Two things youll need to do.

Firstly youll have to strip the silence out of the mp3's, if they have any.

Secondly, on your mp3 player, You'll probably find an option somewhere to set the pauses between tracks. Usually set to 2 seconds or so. Change that to 0.

With all my MP3 CD's that I burn (Using Nero and IMGBurn), I get gaps between songs. I usually play these CD's in the car, so I put it down to my headunit not supporting gapless playback.

in iTunes you can set a period of time to interlace the songs if you want... or just set the gap to 0.

so when it plays the cd it sounds like one big song. but you still have the start end time of the songs so you can skip to your fav parts.
