hi dunno if this is where to post but

i had vista but upgraded to 7 to see if it would fix the problem but it didnt,
so every time i try use my webcam my internet shuts down, and i have to reset the internet nd its annoying
but it only happens when im at my mums not my dads.. im 16 btw..

what do i doo?
