Hey,
Just want to see how many people on here have Android Devices (If you don't know what that is, please leave now... and never return).
I've got a HTC Magic and my fiancee has a HTC Hero. We are both very happy with the phones and the OS running on them although I think the ROM I flashed onto her phone is a bit slow.
I've just recently flashed Android 2.1 with SenseUI onto my Magic and I am well impressed, very smooth operating system and pretty good on battery considering how visual it is.
I am however a bit annoyed with google for not releasing 2.1 for the Magic at all and taking ages to release it to the Hero. If they are releasing a new OS it should be available for all compatible devices withing like a month of the first update.
What OS are you guys running? Any cool apps you've found?

I've really become a fan of the HTC Desire, just looking at specs and stuff it looks like they would really perform. Does anyone have one of these? If so what do you reckon of them?

A guy at my work has one, he loves it. I've had a play with it and it's awesome, so smooth and responsive.
Has a very nice feel to it in my hand as well, if I hadn't just gotten the Magic less that 6 months ago I would consider forking out for the Desire.
Mainly because the video playback on the Desire is really really good while it's one area that my Magic is lacking.

best app on Android, in case you haven't seen it, is by google that finds constelations in the sky for you! AWESOME!

I think the best download for a phone that doesn't have SenseUI is Beautiful widgets... very nice looking widgets in the SenseUI style.
Music player wise, I've got Cubed or ^3 music player... very nice interface.
Though I do also have google sky.

got a htc desire, rooted it and rommed and its a dream, no more telstra crap on mine
went from iphone, and still happy with changing

i just got a desire for work phone, got a iphone for personal, good having both, each have pro's n cons
