I work for a company called Australian Computer Traders as an account manager and we control all the roll outs of the Ex Gov and ex Cooperate gear and re-sell it again. Most of it goes for export or goes to our business clients or wholesale, But we also have a showroom for some general retail. Been that purchasing a Ex Gov computer (still perfectly fine for your everyday use) it's a very cost effective way to purchase a computer with out paying $1000's+ you could imagine we do have to deal with the..... bottom end of society sometimes.

They were a bit busy in the show room yesterday and i came out to help and had this lady come in complaining that her machine that she purchased a month ago won't turn on. So i was like okay i will have a look at it out the back. Now i know there is a Common problem with the machine with the fact that they can have blown or raised capacitor on the boards so i thought that i would open it up and have a look.

Open the machine up and there when HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of little cockroaches that come pouring out of it. I am am serious when i mean that, they went frikin everywhere. So i picked up the machine and threw it out side, got the customer out the back to have a look and the excuse's come flying out. "oh oh were getting the place fumigated, it must of been the boys eating food near the thing".

Sometimes i wonder what kind of shit hole these people live in.

    God it's a slow day......

Firstly, I'm not an idiot haha.

For the last 2 weeks or so I've been getting a RunDLL error saying "There was a problem starting winxuj32.rom. The specified module could not be found." everytime I bot my pc (64bit W7). I've tried google with no success, and I've noticed no performance issues, nor any issues at all, everything is fine... Yet I get this error? Ideas?

    Haha Dude.

All the time, we get calls like the computer wont turn on.. we ask is there a light??? they usually say NO? Then we tell them to turn it on

Best one is Like when it's something like there email wont save or along that So we remote in and so we can see there screen and take over if need be
best bit we use lenvos screens the lenvo logo is there so we tell them to push the logo so they can enable remote login for us

That always gives us a laugh (we only do stuff to people we know and wont get upset once we tell them they can let go of the logo after 5 minutes)

ps. sorry no time to proof read this Just got a phone call to check our apple xserve Is stuck after rebooting So live with it

yeah dud software uninstall. you will need to think about what you have either uninstalled or installed recently and try and find that file to kill it in the registry. start/run regedit then control+f the program you think it is. if there are residue files in there after you unstalled them you should be able to kill them. you must be very sure though.

*am not to be responsible for any files killed

edit* OH check your virus database, it may have been moved cos it got infected.
