Selling Windows XP OEM

We have at work a few box's at work of some Windows XP Pro & Home with the COA's attached and intact. I am looking to re-sell these on eBay and everyone seems to be a bit 50/50 on the topic.

Now i am aware that they can only be re-sold to "system builders" in that case if i provide a disclaimer in the description would this be okay?

How would this be any different to the major suppliers such as Altech or Synnex in that regards?

I was always of the understanding OEM is tied to a specific system and retail you can move from 1 machine to another.

I listed them yesterday on eBay, Sold them all LOL.

I see that there are other sellers with the disclaimer " Note: The OEM Licensing Agreement applies to the purchase of this product, Under the Agreement, you agree that you are a System Builder and qualify to purchase this product."

If anyone needs any i will be re-listing them again shortly.
