It pretty much is WoW. Its WoW with different graphics and a few extra tweaks. Although, lets be fair, most MMO's are these days.

Rifts are different, theyre...I guess you would liken them to raids but they are different.

Its a nice change of scenery from WoW, I mean content comes a lot quicker, theres more of it comming out. Rift is pretty much Warcraft in Vanilla or Burning Crusade. Developers listened, put out lots of content which was challenging and interesting.

I liked burning crusade we were raiding 3 nights a week then I got a new account for wrath and was raiding 2 nights a week there. Lots of fun but hard work for a videogame lol. My formerly geared 80 survival hunter (all t10.5) is on hiatus at the moment as I don't want to play anymore lol plus cbf buying cata and paying subscription.

Rift currently have 7day free trials out, So go hit it up, make an account & download it Level cap for trial is 15, but thats a good few hours to have a shot at the game...

Meh its pretty obvious at this stage blizzard are doing the bare minimum to keep subs.up. Our guild finished the t12 raids first night because theyve been on the ptr for so long it may as well be farm. If you liked wow when it was hard rift is a nice alternative. For me however i have to much unvested in wow to play rift at the same level.
