Forza 3 Freezing! On Xbox

Hey guys, has anyone here experienced freezing with forza 3? I cant even get to the main menu or first race without it freezing up while its loading, or saying its unreadable.

And before you ask, my xbox is brand new and so is the disc. (im talking a day old!)
So yeah as you can imagine im pretty pissed off. Any advice would be appreciated, Cheers

Don't be too stressed DumpedVS.......I've been playing FM3 for a few years solid now, more recently (like last 2-3 months) a few of my Aus friends have noticed game freezes, mainly whilst waiting in lobbies but has/can happen anywhere. I've not personally had the unreadable disc error, but most nights the game will freeze a few times...most annoying!

I am really hoping it's only because they're about to release FM4. . . .
