Samsung LCD 550 series 5

Hey guys, just brought a new samsung tv as stated in the title. The problem is I can't get rid of a tool bar/menu from the top left hand corner.

So does anyone have a tv the same or know how to get rid of it?

something i found for a series 6

1. So firstly you need to change the Source to TV (we never use that source)
2. Menu --> Settings --> Plug&Play (this option is inactive for other Sources hence why you have to be on TV source)
3. Then you'll need to enter PIN (3rd attempt of mine was correct 4x zero
4. Change from Shop to Home
5. Then you can change the Source to whatever you use (I personally use HDMI) and now it works
