I heard off 2 of my mate's that it's really buggy, I haven't downloaded it myself yet, but yeah I heard there's some issues that really shouldn't be in there, as much of a beta as it is.

Got the Beta invite last week... This thread means I won't be wasting my time on it. Might go give Medal of Honor another run through though. Can't get enough of that single player!

Just downloaded it yesterday and apart from what my mates told me about it, I like it. It's harder, and more glitchy [being a Beta], but the ONE thing that REALLY pisses me off, is the frigging flash lights. Seriously. A sniper 500m away from me, with a flash light on his gun, blinds me, making it impossible for me to shoot him, and he headshots me.
Apart from that I quite light it. The graphics are pretty awesome, and shooting rockets at buildings and watching them break away is fun, but unless you really want to try it out, just stick to BC2 for the time being.

Ive got it on PC. Ill be honest. Its my first shooter on PC so its kinda weird getting used to the servers and what not.
To me the whole set up of getting into a match feels really obnoxiously long.
Also, whats the deal with my weapon disappearing...then reapearing, then disappearing.

im really liking Battlefield 3 on pc and playing smoothly at max setting is so good

Totally regretting buying it off the net for ps3 cause it means I have to wait for delivery which is early next week but 75 delivered for LE is better than the what 120 odd EB etc want. I really don't think MW3 will be better but it looks like their heading back towards cod4 mechanics which is good and could be their wildcard for having a good game for the first time in the last 2/3 years. Good as in well designed and smooth multiplayer, is what I mean.

Then it came back, found someone zoomed in and it disappeared so i had massive as #### crosshairs.

Bad thing about having it on PC is that you have to pretty much quit the game every time you want to change game modes, which sucks, though it's 10 times better on PC anyway, graphically and gameplay wise since, you know, it's made for PC. And 64 player maps would be epic.

It doesn't have to be realeased to know that. After playing cod4, 5 mw2 and black ops. Newb tubes are everywhere. Get into battlefeild and if you don't know tactics, your screwed.

While I do agree with comments on BF3, and am enjoying it, the last Medal of Honor is still my number one. waiting for their new one.
To judge something before it's released isn't smart. And "noob toobs" in single player are few and far between. I rarely play multiplayer games any more. Too many cheats and I don't have the time to waste listening to the whinging 15 year olds.
